Lego Space Shuttle, in the stratosphere

You certainly know the spacecraft named Space Shuttle, from NASA, that white one, with the black beak on the front, remember? Well, last year, this spacecraft model was retired after 30 years of adventures, and Raul Oaida, from Romania, decided he had to do a little homage to celebrate Space Shuttle.

He got a meteorologic balloon, a Lego Space Shuttle model, hocked up a camera and a GPS system, turned on everything and then let it fly. When the balloon fell back, it had registered the two and a half hours it needed to go up, until reach stratosphere. You can see this travel, condensed in 4 minutes, on the video below. Have fun.
